I, MICHAEL JOSEPH JACKSON, a resident of the State of California, declare this
to be my last Will, and do hereby revoke all former wills and codicils made by me.

JACKSON has been dissolved. I have three children now living, PRINCE MICHAEL
JACKSON, JR., PARIS MICHAELKATHERINEJACKSON and PRINCE MICHAEL

It is my intention by this Will to dispose of all property which I am entitled to

Amendedand Restated Declarationof Trust executedon March 22, 2002 by me as Trustee

distributedas a part of said Trust accordingto its terms and not as a separatetestamentary

If your were at least a 6 years old in 1986, you probably remember the space shuttle challenger exploding on that faithful January day. In a time without 24 hour news nor internet government agencies and others got away with a lot more secrets. One man tried for the life of him to get his managers and NASA know that there was a design flaw, especially below 50 degree’s yet with not wanting to upset the public with another scrubbed mission and waiting a few days and a contractor’s management team not wanting to lose a upcoming bid, the contractor repeatedly ignored one man’s letters, memo’s and plea and when they did acknowledge the buckled to pressure from NASA not wanting to lose there contract, and NASA not wanting to taint there image by putting off takeoff a few more days they approved a launch on a day colder than any day before in a shuttle launching history, killing a school teacher, the first civilian ever allowed to go to space and other fine astronauts. A non-partisan Nobel prize winning physicist dying of cancer is not willing to let NASA use confusing words to the unaware on the subject public, and cuts through the BS to get answers. National Geographic, a very trusted and timeless-reliable news source makes a great documentary 20 years later about that fatal day in 1986 cutting through the double talk, spin, and bureaucracies. I believe NG has come along way, they always had great information , but know they get it out in a interesting and exciting way, instead of the old, long and boring monotone documentaries that made us nod off in school.

The patrolman apparently intended to issue a ‘failure to yeild’ citation to the ambulance driver, and was angered when he believed one of the paramedics gave him a middle finger.Despite being told that the woman in the ambulance needed to get to the hospital, the trooper insisted that one of the paramedics be detained in his car. When he tried to handcuff a paramedic, a fight ensued, which was filmed by the husband of the patient.Eventually the patrolman allowed the ambulance to go to the hospital. An investigation over the incident “has been turned over to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol’s Internal Affairs Unit and a county prosecutor,” the Tulsa World reports.

A 2008 documentary with the real people who took the picture’s at abu grab prison in Iraq. It is sickening as the men and woman smile and defend their actions with a grin about taking pictures of abuse, them with beaten hooded prisoners, and actually saying that the were moving a prisoner and holding him up as he played possum for a hour before they realized he was dead. I don’t care if they are are troop’s, behavior like that is still murder and torture and they should have war crimes brought against them, and the one’s not in prison should be, This will make you second guess your thoughts on war and the conduct unbecoming of officers, All of this is not and none of that was labeled should be STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE.
